Heading 3
Hello, I’m Sarah Constantine!
I am passionate about working with adolescents and adults who are facing life transitions and challenges. My goal is to empower clients to live fulfilling and meaningful lives through self-discovery. I strive to provide a safe and nurturing space that allows people to be authentically themselves while feeling heard and validated. I have had the privilege of witnessing clients transform feelings of shame, self-doubt, overwhelm, and disconnection. I hope to support clients in overcoming barriers, building vulnerability, self-awareness, and navigating valuable social relationships.
I specialize in helping people navigate trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, relationships, anger-management, adoption, and attachment concerns. I have a special interest in treating neurodivergence, disability, the LGBTQIA+ community, women’s issues, and interpersonal relationship concerns. I have experience working in a variety of settings with diverse populations.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Wisconsin. I earned a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from Augustana College and a Master’s degree in mental health counseling from Northern Illinois University. I use an eclectic blend of therapy modalities including person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and a strengths-based approach. I am excited to hear your story and support you on your healing journey!
